Full renovation of a duplex penthouse apartment near the Parc Monceau in 17th district of Paris. The renovation included new heating, ventilation and AC system, plumbing, electricity, kitchen, three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, library, custom millwork and smart home system to manage lighting, media and security.
